Herts autos made the surprise to my wife run smoother than I hoped. Very spontaneous decision to surprise my wife with a new car. Called Herts autos monday, by Wednesday afternoon the car was delivered to me, before my wife got back from work. I was a little nervous as I’ve always gone to see our previous cars in person and had never bought a car over the phone . My nerves were settled when the car arrived, not only on time but in tip top condition. Thank you for me this experience a good one for us, my wife absolutely loves her new car

Spoke with a member of staff, who booked me in for a viewing of one of their Audi tt. On arrival to their premises, the car was nicely presented in their indoor showroom away from the rain. I was handed keys and allowed to go over the car without anyone hovering over me (no pressure!!). They had all documents I requested for and were able to answer all my questions . Easy decision for me as the car was ready to be driven away same day. Thank you guys for you service and my new car .

When I arrived at Herts Autos, I was a little wary. I couldn’t park anywhere and with no prices on any cars, I was wondering if I’d turned up at the right place. I then met Amos. A charming, aspirational, down-to-earth guy who came across as honest and trustworthy. He had the Audi A4 ready for me in his showroom so I could view the bodywork out of the rain. The car was spotless (well done valeters!) and at a decent price for a sought after spec and rare colour. He knows his cars and he knows how to treat customers. He offered a reasonable price for my car after a bit of negotiation ;) If you’re looking on Autotrader and checking the reviews, be assured, Amos will sell you a decent car at a fair price. He’s a guy you can trust which you can’t say for all car salesman. I’m confident he would do his best to resolve any issues (which I didn’t experience). I’ve had the car a couple of weeks now and it’s the best car I’ve owned so far!
