No communication

* As seen from previous reviews basic communication is not their strong suit , which isn’t great for business. Do not expect any phone calls or updates regarding a deal ( even if your informed) ,You’re left to sit & wonder - even though vehicle seems decent it’s better to pay more & receive better service somewhere else as I have done. Will not be recommending 👎🏼

Guy I spoke to on iMessage replied quickly and filmed me detailed videos of the car as I was unable to view. Got delivered same day as purchase and easy process. Thanks !

A good dealership with a 1st class service

Great service by Herts Auto's. The dealership provided a good walk around video allowing us not to travel to them. Good overall communications with the car being delivered to our home the following day. I would recommend Herts Autos and we are very happy with the car.
